Web 2.0 Assessment Review - just practice

This is a Web 2.0 tool by, ProProfs that will allow you to create a quiz and collect data using a tool called Quiz School.

To take the quiz, enter your first and lastname and the password is the same as the class wiki password provided in class, then click Start Quiz. Note: you can also take in full screen mode by pressing the button on the toolbar. After answering a question click on Submit Answer. Good luck!

If you would like to learn more about this tool, please register and create your own quiz. I had a few problems getting the videos to play in the quiz, although it seems to be working now.

I am reading the results of the practice quiz, it is programmed to grade 7/10 multiple choice and the three essay questions seperately.

Someone in the quiz comment sectin asked about a way to use cell phones for texting in the classroom. I have tried Poll Everywhere, an inexpensive polling system using text messaging on student cell phones.

I love this tool. My Spanish II's are taking a practice quiz on reflexive verbs for which they'll get EC if they earn a 100. They're very excited...first time users, of course.

Sharon,
I am glad you got to test this out with your class and thank for the feedback. Has anyone else tried?
