I hope we have a tablet, or at least a projector, at the elementary school. I would love to try out the clickers. Fifth graders will go nuts over them! I teach science and math, so I can make up some pre-tests, fun fact tests, and especially different math activity worksheets that the students can work through on their own and get instant feedback (I think?). Like Peggy, I think it would be really cool to be able to divide the class into different groups for contests - like game shows. Fortunately I have a laptop, unfortunately I didn't know about tablets when I bought it - although I don't think I could have afforded one! So at least I have the technology to start these projects!!
